Qualifications

• One year of work experience providing vocational or pre-vocational services to individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evening and weekend hours.
• Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment.
• Comfort working with I/DD populations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety supervision of supported individuals.
• Assist with developing person-centered plans and job placements.
• Provide pre-employment counseling and support job development activities.
• Supervise on-site job and skills training.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
