Job summary

YAI is seeking a dedicated professional to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their employment goals. The role includes providing vocational services, developing action plans, and offering emotional support.

This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma, excellent communication skills, and the ability to model workplace behavior. Compensation is $19.05 hourly. Flexible working hours may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience providing vocational or pre‑vocational services to individuals with disabilities.
• Ability to model and teach work readiness skills and appropriate workplace behavior.
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health, wellness, and safety through appropriate supervision.
• Support individuals with I/DD to realize, set, and meet their employment goals.
• Facilitate learning and training including fire safety drills.
