Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in maximizing their strengths and interests.
• Supervise and support individuals in safety and health.
• Implement individualized support plans for behavior.

Skills

Effective written and oral communication skills

Ability to assist with ADLs

Enthusiasm for working with people with I/DD

Basic computer skills

Education

HS diploma or its educational equivalent

Valid Driver’s License (if required for position)
