Job summary

FUJIFILM Biotechnologies in Holly Springs, NC seeks an experienced I&C Technician to calibrate instrumentation, plan site-wide maintenance, and lead calibration activities. The role supports 24/7 operations with a focus on reliability and regulatory compliance. Requires GMP exposure and strong teamwork.

Candidate will maintain records, mentor technicians, and assist with budgets while adhering to safety protocols and cGMP standards in a fast-paced biopharma environment.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of I&C or related maintenance experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or GMP environment is preferred.
• Ability to read schematics and use maintenance tools.
• Willingness to work 24/7 including weekends and on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations on instrumentation and site systems.
• Plan and manage I&C/calibration activities for the site.
• Perform routine I&C maintenance and repairs.
• Develop strategies to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Train and mentor technicians.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
• Assist with budget forecasting for maintenance and capital projects.
• Follow safety and cGMP standards.
