Job summary

Merck & Co. in Holly Springs, North Carolina is looking for a Tech 3 in Instrumentation & Controls. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational reliability of site equipment through maintenance and calibration practices.

The selected candidate will manage calibration activities, maintain records, and train technicians. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in I&C and the ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• 4‑6 years of I&C or similar experience.
• Experience with tools and equipment used for maintenance work.
• Prior maintenance experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform calibrations on instrumentation and controls.
• Plan and manage I&C calibration and repair activities.
• Provide input for preventive maintenance tasks and SOPs.
