Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and control systems installation, calibration, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams, loop sheets, and equipment manuals.
• Experience with industrial electrical systems, low-voltage power, control circuits and safety practices.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (multimeters, calibrators, oscilloscopes).
• Understanding of plant operations, safety and environmental compliance.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills with operations, maintenance and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot instrumentation and control systems in power generation.
• Inspect and test control equipment to ensure reliability and performance.
• Support maintenance activities to improve plant reliability.
• Document work in accordance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering and maintenance teams to identify issues and solutions.
• Assist in system upgrades, participate in outage planning/execution, respond to alarms and emergencies as needed.
