Bechtel Corporation in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Commissioning and Start-up Instrument & Control Lead to guide CSU I&C testing and support startup activities. The CSU I&C Lead will start in the Houston home office, planning, scheduling and delivering CSU I&C outputs, with relocation to the Port Arthur PALNG site as required.

You will work with project teams across management, engineering, construction, subcontractors, vendors and licensors to ensure safety, quality

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commissioning experience in LNG/cryogenic facilities.
• 15+ years of cryogenic unit experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• Knowledge of compressor, gas turbine, and turbine controls testing.

Responsabilités

• Define Instrumentation Testing Execution Plan and sequencing.
• Provide daily/weekly progress reports to the Start-up Manager.
• Participate in engineering design reviews and resolve commissioning barriers.
• Review Instrumentation sections of O&M Manuals and develop test procedures.
