Job summary

ISC Constructors, L.L.C. seeks a seasoned Instrumentation Supervisor to lead field activities for industrial instrumentation and controls construction. You will oversee Instrumentation Foremen and craft personnel, ensuring safe installation, calibration, testing, and commissioning of I&C systems.

The role requires extensive I&C experience, proven supervisory ability, and strong coordination across disciplines, with emphasis on safety, quality, and schedule adherence on demanding projects.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in electrical or instrumentation, with at least four years in supervision.
• Strong experience in industrial instrumentation and controls (I&C) construction.
• Experience supervising Instrumentation Foremen and multiple crews.
• Ability to read P&IDs, loop diagrams, wiring diagrams and specs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field installation of industrial instrumentation and control systems.
• Oversee Instrumentation Foremen, Instrument Technicians, Instrument Fitters, and other assigned craft personnel.
• Provide field leadership for installation, inspection, testing, calibration, and commissioning of instrumentation systems.
• Read and interpret P&IDs, instrument loop diagrams, wiring diagrams, and construction documents.
• Coordinate installation of field instrumentation including pressure, temperature, flow, and level instrumentation.
• Oversee instrumentation wiring, terminations, and interfaces with electrical and control systems.
