Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in New Stanton, PA is seeking an I&C Hardware Engineer to join the WPB hardware team. You will support the design and delivery of Instrumentation & Control cabinets and related electro-mechanical hardware, ensuring compliance with system and quality requirements while coordinating with manufacturing to resolve issues and maintain build-to-print packages.

The role reports to the I&C Safety Systems Manager and is based at the New Stanton site with a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware, design drawings, and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review technical packages including drawings, specifications, and hardware requirements.
• Review hardware design in system architecture, cabinet layout, BOM, and cable interfaces.
• Collaborate with quality, supply chain, marketing, customer service, manufacturing and suppliers.
