newcleo is seeking an experienced I&C Engineering Manager to lead a team delivering instrumentation, automation, and control systems for MOX facility engineering and project execution. You will guide designs to be safe, cost-effective, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders, and drive a strong nuclear safety culture across international teams and locations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 12+ years of nuclear engineering, nuclear safety, or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership and team coordination experience.
• Experience across multidisciplinary teams and international locations.

Aufgaben

• Lead the I&C engineering team across the MOX project lifecycle from design to startup.
• Provide technical direction to ensure safe, cost-effective, regulatory-compliant designs.
• Represent the organization in discussions with vendors and partners.
• Manage workload, set performance goals, and report with KPIs.
• Develop budgets and monitor cost baselines for I&C scope.
• Promote strong nuclear safety culture and EH&S excellence.
• Develop design guidelines, specifications, and control procedures.
