Job summary

newcleo is seeking a Project Manager - Construction to lead field execution for a major nuclear fuel fabrication facility. You will oversee construction planning, contractor coordination, site execution, safety, quality, and handover to commissioning.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in large-scale nuclear infrastructure, demonstrated ability to manage multi-disciplinary interfaces, and a successful track record delivering capital projects on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management or project management on major infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience in nuclear construction or other highly regulated facilities.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, field execution and multi-discipline interfaces.
• Track record delivering large capital projects with strict safety and quality requirements.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international project team.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction execution for assigned project areas, packages, or systems.
• Coordinate contractors, site supervision, field engineering, logistics, and planning.
• Ensure compliance with nuclear safety, industrial safety, quality, and environmental rules.
• Track progress, manage constraints, resolve field issues, drive schedule recovery.
• Coordinate interfaces with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and commissioning.
• Manage work execution documentation, permits, inspections, punch lists, turnover packages.
• Support cost control, change management, and reporting to leadership.
• Promote a strong international and collaborative execution culture on site.
