Job summary

Cindavi seeks an Engineering Manager to lead an integrated Instruments and Controls and electrical engineering team in Madison, Wisconsin. You will oversee design, development, and testing of control systems powering medical isotope production facilities, shaping standards and platforms.

You will mentor a high-skilled team, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across sites to establish common technology platforms while progressing automation for nuclear applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; preference for Electrical or Computer Engineering.
• 7–10+ years in engineering with progression into a management role.
• Strong electrical engineering competency, power distribution or instrumentation and controls, with PLC software basics.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of I&C and electrical engineers on control systems, instruments, and power supply design.
• Mentor engineers in technology, decisions, and ownership of I&C equipment.
• Lead integration of software and electrical teams to produce unified outputs.
