Job summary

Cindavi is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a newly integrated Instruments and Controls and Electrical team on our Fitchburg campus. You will oversee design, development, procurement, and testing for systems powering and monitoring processes in our medical isotope facilities.

You will mentor a skilled team, establish common platforms, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovative environment with relocation support and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Electrical/Computer Engineering preferred.
• 7–10+ years in engineering with proven management experience.
• Strong electrical engineering skills in power distribution, instrumentation, and controls with PLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead an I&C and electrical engineering team.
• Mentor engineers in technology decisions and ownership of I&C equipment.
• Lead integration of software and electrical teams for cohesive outputs.
• Collaborate across sites to set standards and platforms for controls.
• Oversee design of digital/analog control systems (DCS, PAC/PLC, DAQ).
• Participate in design reviews, releases, and troubleshooting prioritization.
• Ensure documentation release and support for installation and commissioning.
