Job summary

Cindavi in Wisconsin is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our newly formed Instruments and Controls (I&C) and Electrical team at our Fitchburg campus. This onsite role will oversee the design, development, procurement, and testing of systems powering and monitoring processes for our nuclear-focused facilities.

You will mentor engineers, drive integration, and establish common technology platforms with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Computer preferred).
• 7–10+ years in engineering with management experience.
• Strong power distribution or instrumentation and controls knowledge.
• Experience in automation within medical, radiopharma, or nuclear industries preferred.
• PLC programming and embedded C experience.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and lead a team of I&C and electrical engineers.
• Mentor engineers on technology, decision making, and ownership.
• Integrate software and electrical teams for unified outputs.
• Collaborate to establish common technology standards and platforms.
• Oversee development of digital/analog control systems (DCS, PAC/PLC, DAQ).
• Participate in design reviews, releases, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure documentation releases and support installation/testing.
