Vistra Nuclear Operations Company seeks an experienced I&C Engineering Manager to lead the Instrumentation & Controls and Digital engineering scope on major Nuclear Uprate projects in Oak Harbor, OH. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; Electrical preferred.
• 10+ years nuclear engineering experience with 5+ years in electrical systems or major projects.
• Experience with EPU, electrical upgrades, switchyard or grid integration.
• Knowledge of NRC, INPO, IEEE, NERC, ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead I&C and Digital scope for major projects, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Review designs for compliance with NRC, IEEE, NERC; coordinate with EPCs and site teams.
• Support Owner’s Engineer and independent reviews; ensure operability and reliability.
• Ensure long-term operability and integration into fleet systems.
