Job summary

OnQGlobalCx seeks an experienced I&C / BMS Construction Manager to oversee installation, integration, and commissioning of instrumentation and controls and building management systems on a large-scale project. You will manage contractors, ensure quality and safety compliance, and drive turnover of critical control systems.

Lead on-site supervision, coordinate interfaces, review drawings, and support testing and commissioning activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of construction management experience on critical facilities.
• Strong background in controls, automation, and building systems.
• Familiarity with I&C devices, PLC/DCS integration and BMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site supervision of subcontractors installing I&C and BMS infrastructure.
• Coordinate interfaces between process utilities, electrical/mechanical, and IT/OT networks.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, codes, and industry standards.
• Conduct daily walkdowns, inspections, and progress monitoring of I&C/BMS scopes.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, redlines, and as-built documentation.
