Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. seeks an I-9 Document Witness to serve as a subject matter expert on Form I-9 within the i9Success team. This is an in-office role in Warminster, PA, paying $16.00/hr.

Shift: 12pm-8pm Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat (Tue/Sun off); alternative 12pm-8pm or 10am-6pm. The role handles Forms I-9 and applicant contact during workflow, manages emails, calls, and chats, and maintains product knowledge to ensure accurate, up-to-date information.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Attention to detail and reliability to complete tasks accurately.
• Strong oral and written communication with empathy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks during a shift.

Responsibilities

• Works within the i9Success product. Completes Forms I-9 and handles applicant contact during workflow.
• Responsible for handling incoming e-mails, calls, chats. Investigates issues to determine the proper resolution.
• Works with subjects to process and complete Form I-9.
• Maintaining knowledge base: Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
• Meeting performance targets: Achieving individual and team goals set by the organization.
• Identifying escalation: Understanding the appropriate conversation details to elevate support to the appropriate internal staff member, when applicable.
