Job summary

Vertical Screen, Inc. is seeking an I-9 Document Witness to serve as a subject matter expert for Form I-9 completion in the i9Success team. This in-office role is based in Warminster, PA, offering a $16.00/hour schedule of 12pm-8pm on Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri, with Sat as the off day.

You will work with applicants to process Form I-9, manage inquiries via email, phone, and chat, and ensure accurate workflow. Strong time management, bilingual Spanish skills, and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• - Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
• - Proficiency with MS Office and strong communication skills.
• - Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process and complete Forms I-9 within the i9Success workflow.
• Handle incoming emails, calls, and chats and resolve issues.
• Maintain knowledge base and stay updated on policies.
• Meet individual and team performance targets.
• Identify escalation needs and route to appropriate staff.
