Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Systems Engineer to lead the technical development and integration of DoD systems. You will help translate real-world needs into technical specifications and build interdisciplinary models from concept through product lifecycle.

You will work independently with guidance while mentoring junior staff, contributing to hypersonic testing initiatives and supporting national security missions in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with systems design, integration, and testing activities.
• Experience conducting system-level trade studies to identify and balance conflicting requirements.
• Experience delivering complex aerospace hardware from concept to test.
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and integration of Department of Defense systems from concept through product lifecycle.
• Create and apply interdisciplinary digital models of systems to solve problems of moderate scope and complexity in support of hypersonic testing and development.
• Work with junior staff, guiding activities as needed, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
