Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Senior Hypersonics Systems Engineer to provide on-site support to Navy leadership at the Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) SSP CPS office in the Washington Navy Yard.

The role emphasizes requirements management, acquisition documentation, and JCIDS process with a focus on hypersonic weapon systems. Requires 10+ years in engineering and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Active Secret Clearance
• Minimum 10 years experience in engineering support (DOW or weapons development)
• 5+ years management experience

Responsibilities

• Maintain government capabilities statements and baseline requirement sets.
• Manage interface requirements and verification activities for hypersonic weapon systems.
• Prepare and align Hypersonic Weapon Concept of Employment, SE Plan, and related documents.
