Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Principal Control Account Manager (CAM) to provide programmatic oversight for CHGB program control accounts in Huntsville. The role requires coordinating EVM, scheduling, and leadership to ensure PMB integrity and on-time performance.

The CAM will lead workshops, align resources, and work with contracts and finance to manage baselines, ETC, and EAC. Must be a U.S. citizen eligible for a Secret clearance and willing to work on-site at the Huntsville facility.

Qualifications

BA degree and 12+ years of relevant experience or Master’s with 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in a DoD Earned Value Management environment
Experience with development of ETC and EAC
Experience with baseline change control processes
Experience with IBR deliverables/events
Must be a US citizen able to obtain a Secret clearance

Responsibilities

Lead weekly priority calls with CAMs, EVM/Scheduling support team, government customer, and program leadership
Participate in monthly risk, issues, and opportunities (RIO) board reviews
Attend Technical Interchange Meetings and Change Control Boards to provide input to the EVM system
Align resources to perform work per the PMB and IMS
Review staffing needs with CAMs and functional managers
Ensure timely, accurate monthly business rhythm inputs to the EVM tool (LENS)
Develop and coordinate corrective action plans with CAMs
Analyze EAC realism and provide CAM feedback
Review program performance data at WP/CA level
Collaborate with contracts to capture modifications in total contract value
Review weekly labor reports for charging accuracy and VAR updates
Discuss scope, WBS, and decomposition of CAMs/Work Packages
Identify earning standards and ensure EVMS documentation
Develop CAM processes and lead CAM development workshops
