Crossflow Technologies seeks an Modeling & Simulation Engineer to advance M&S capabilities for hypersonic systems. You will connect disparate models into automated workflows, develop Python-based tools for setup and analysis, and evaluate trajectories and aerothermal performance across flight envelopes.

Collaboration across aerospace disciplines will drive robust, repeatable analyses. The role emphasizes software development practices, version control, and delivering reproducible engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong Python for scientific computing and engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Integrate, maintain, and enhance M&S tools into unified workflows.
• Develop Python scripts for simulation setup, execution, and post-processing.
• Generate and optimize hypersonic trajectories across mission conditions.
• Perform aerothermal analyses for high-speed flight.
• Develop pre-/post-processing workflows for structural, thermal, and aerothermal models.
• Extract, process, and visualize simulation results for design decisions.
• Support FEA workflows and mesh generation.
