Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3–10 years in software development, M&S, or related engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency for engineering tools.
• Experience with data processing and analysis.
• Experience applying statistical analysis to engineering data.
• Understanding of modeling and simulation concepts.
• Ability to debug complex software and diagnose issues.
• Ability to collaborate across technical teams.
• ACTIVE Secret level clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based tools for simulation execution, data processing, statistical analysis, and V&V.
• Develop execution and automation tools to configure, run, monitor, and evaluate model-based simulations.
• Execute simulations and analyze data to support verification and validation.
• Support signatures modeling and analysis with tooling for processing and interpreting data.
• Investigate anomalous model behavior and troubleshoot with development teams.
• Diagnose issues in inputs, configuration, dependencies, and runtime environments.
• Support model developers in integrating models into larger simulations.
• Apply statistical/quantitative analysis to characterize results and support conclusions.
• Contribute to robust M&S workflows and repeatable simulation approaches.
• Support trajectory-related modeling as needed.
• Document tools, configurations, methods, assumptions, and results.
