Job summary

Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a Theater Strike Weapon Systems Architecture, Requirements & Verification Manager to lead architecture, requirements and verification for CPS and LRHW programs. The role oversees staffing, IMS planning, and DOORS/MbSE practices while coordinating with customers and management on progress.

The position requires strong leadership, missile/space program experience, and active security clearance, with onsite work at a Lockheed Martin facility.

Qualifications

• Active or Current Secret clearance required with eligibility to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance
• Experience in Missile or Space programs
• Experience in systems architecture or modeling
• Experience in requirements development and verification

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-powered team responsible for Weapon System architecture, requirements and verification scope for CPS and LRHW programs.
• Manage engineering resources to evolve and maintain the system architecture in Cameo
• Plan and execute requirements development, maintenance and verification activities
• Maintain requirement allocations and traceability from system to component level
• Ensure verification and validation plans are defined, documented, and implemented
• Manage and maintain the program DOORS infrastructure
• Ensure architecture models integrate with Government Reference Architecture (GRA)
• Develop and present metrics status to management and customer on progress
• Work with CAM to develop, plan, track, and status IMS tasks
• Provide inputs for contract proposals with Basis of Estimates (BOE)
• Hire engineering talent to support team scope and delivery commitments
• Grow leaders and mentor team members in Systems Engineering
• Establish and foster customer relationships to address needs on LOE contracts
