Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking an Architecture, Requirements & Verification Manager for the Theater Strike Weapon Systems (TSWS) team. You will lead the architecture, requirements and verification scope for CPS and LRHW programs, manage resources, and ensure traceability and DOORS integrity to support program goals.

Applicants should have missile/space program experience, strong leadership, and a current Secret clearance with eligibility for Top Secret.

Qualifications

• Experience in missile/space programs.
• Active or Current Secret clearance required with eligibility to obtain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Strong systems engineering background in architecture and modeling.
• Experience with requirements development and verification.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, requirements and verification scope for CPS/LRHW programs.
• Manage resources to evolve system architecture in Cameo and maintain traceability.
• Maintain DOORS infrastructure and ensure integration with Government Reference Architecture (GRA).
• Develop metrics and provide guidance to program engineers on architecture and verification activities.
