The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in hardware program management and a strong understanding of box-level assemblies. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $153,000 - $255,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware program management, hardware engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Proven success driving NPI builds and scaling hardware programs to volume production.
• Strong understanding of box-level assemblies (PCBs, flex circuits, harnessing, enclosures, thermal systems).

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end hardware program execution (requirements → design → validation → NPI → ramp).
• Lead cross-functional teams spanning mechanical, electrical, firmware, industrial design, test, and manufacturing engineering.
• Oversee board and flex releases, system integration, and validation testing.
