Qualifications
5+ years of experience in hardware program management, hardware engineering, or manufacturing operations.
Proven success driving NPI builds and scaling hardware programs to volume production.
Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams spanning mechanical, electrical, firmware, industrial design, test, and manufacturing engineering.
Plan and manage prototype and production builds, including materials, logistics, and factory readiness.
Oversee board and flex releases, system integration, and validation testing (DVT/PVT/MP builds).
Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to drive DFM/DFT reviews, yield improvement, and issue resolution.
