Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware program management, hardware engineering, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of box-level assemblies (PCBs, flex circuits, harnessing, enclosures, thermal systems).
• Proven success driving NPI builds and scaling hardware programs to volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams spanning mechanical, electrical, firmware, industrial design, test, and manufacturing engineering.
• Plan and manage prototype and production builds, including materials, logistics, and factory readiness.
• Oversee board and flex releases, system integration, and validation testing (DVT/PVT/MP builds).
• Partner with suppliers and contract manufacturers to drive DFM/DFT reviews, yield improvement, and issue resolution.
