Job summary

Nokia in Sunnyvale, CA seeks a Director-level leader to own end-to-end delivery strategy for complex hyperscale IP Networking programs. You will be the senior interface to the enterprise Control Tower, aligning demand, commitments, priorities and supply to ensure fast, visible, customer-focused execution.

You will drive governance, risk management and executive decision-making, partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance, and translate Control Tower decisions into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 12–15+ years in customer delivery, operations, or program management in tech.
• Strong track record leading strategic, cross-functional programs.
• Experience with hyperscale or major enterprise engagements.
• Executive communication and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hyperscale demand planning and delivery execution aligning customer demand, commitments, and capabilities.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Operations to ensure readiness and recovery plans.
• Provide transparent delivery updates on risks, timelines, and commitments to sales and customers.
• Drive forecasting, product transitions, and inventory optimization.
• Prepare executive decision packages and translate Control Tower decisions into action plans.
• Direct cross-functional programs across Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations.
• Maintain a single view of demand, supply, commitments, risks, and actions.
• Influence senior stakeholders through collaboration, not direct authority.
