CoreWeave is seeking a Technical Program Manager focused on Networking Capacity Delivery to own the end-to-end delivery of our data center network infrastructure. You will translate network capacity forecasts and complex designs into fully racked, cabled, and commissioned network fabrics, leading across Network Engineering, Architecture, Supply Chain, and Data Center Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or network engineering within large-scale environments.
• Experience managing lifecycle of large-scale network deployments and data center fabric builds.
• Deep understanding of data center network architectures and topologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution of network deployments within data center builds and expansions.
• Develop and manage program plans for fabric turn-ups, backbone deployments, and peering expansions.
• Translate capacity forecasts into actionable program requirements for physical and logical infra.
• Lead cross-functional execution with Network Engineering, Architecture, Data Center Design, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and report on deployment progress, risks, and KPIs to leadership.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, optics, cabling, and turn-up automation.
• Establish scalable processes and KPIs across deployment and operations.
