The ideal candidate has 7–10+ years of electrical contractor PM experience, a BS in Construction Management, and proven leadership, BIM coordination, and cross-functional collaboration abilities for complex builds.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of project management experience with an electrical contractor.
• Hyperscale datacenter project management experience required.
• BS/Construction Management or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of BIM and coordination with VDC/BIM team.

Aufgaben

• Detailed review of construction plans, specifications and estimates.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards.
• Plan and organize assigned projects with Project Executive and Operations Director.
• Monitor and direct construction activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Negotiate change orders and manage client relationships.
• Collaborate with VDC/BIM team to coordinate electrical design and shop drawings.
• Mentor Project Managers and field staff; enforce safety and quality programs.
