Job summary

Adams Electric Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from initiation through completion. You will direct project scope, schedule, and budget while managing client relationships and coordinating with the Project Executive and field teams.

Ideal candidates will have 7–10+ years in electrical construction project management, a BS in Construction Management, and strong BIM/VDC collaboration skills to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Healthcare project management experience is vital.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Project Management with an Electrical Contractor is required.
• Field experience coordinating with construction leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans, specifications and estimates in detail.
• Set project objectives, policies and performance standards.
• Plan and organize projects with the Project Executive and Operations Director.
• Monitor safety, schedule and budget; mitigate risks as needed.
• Lead change orders, cost reporting, and client communications.
• Coordinate BIM/VDC activities and submittals with field teams.
