Adams Electric Company is seeking a dynamic Hyperscale Datacenter Electrical Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale electrical builds. You will oversee pre-construction, procurement, schedule development, subcontractor management and safety programs across complex sites.

Qualifications

• BS/Construction Management or equivalent experience required.
• 5-10 years of mission-critical project management with an electrical contractor.
• Strong leadership, budgeting and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage electrical datacenter construction projects from pre-con to closeout.
• Plan budgets, schedules, subcontracts and procurement paths for multiple projects.
• Lead subcontractor management, QA/QC, safety and change control processes.
• Coordinate with VDC/BIM, pre-fab, materials, and logistics teams.
• Develop client relationships and ensure project profitability.
