Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Operated as a Project Executive, Project Director or senior-most project leader.
• Major project experience with a General Contractor.
• Data Centre / Mission Critical experience, ideally hyperscale.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Proven experience leading large project teams and senior client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Overall leadership and delivery of a major hyperscale Data Centre project.
• Leading Project Managers, Superintendents and wider project teams.
• Managing programme, budget, resources and commercial performance.
• Maintaining senior relationships with the client and key stakeholders.
• Identifying and managing project risk.
• Supporting preconstruction, procurement and project strategy.
• Overseeing commissioning, handover and closeout.
• Developing and mentoring project leadership teams.
• Supporting the continued growth of the Data Centre business.
