Job summary

Vallum Associates in Houston, TX seeks a senior Project Executive to lead delivery of a hyperscale Data Centre program. You will steer project leadership, manage risk, and uphold client relationships across the programme.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of construction/project management experience.
• Operated as a Project Executive, Project Director or senior-most project leader.
• Major project experience with a General Contractor.
• Data Centre / Mission Critical experience, ideally hyperscale.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Proven experience leading large project teams and senior client relationships.

• Leading Project Managers, Superintendents and wider project teams.

The Role

The Project Executive will be the senior project leader, responsible for overall delivery, commercial performance, client relationships and project leadership.

• Maintaining senior relationships with the client and key stakeholders

• Developing and mentoring project leadership teams
• Supporting the continued growth of the Data Centre business

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking to speak with construction leaders who have:

• 15+ years of construction/project management experience
• Operated as a Project Executive, Project Director or senior-most project leader
• Major project experience with a General Contractor
• Data Centre / Mission Critical experience, ideally hyperscale
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Proven experience leading large project teams and senior client relationships

An industry-related degree is preferred, although equivalent construction experience will be considered.
