Job summary

KGO, LLC is seeking an experienced Construction Scheduler / Project Controls professional to provide Owner’s Representative scheduling support for large-scale hyperscale and mission-critical data center projects in the Berwick, Pennsylvania area. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring five days per week at the project site.

The ideal candidate will independently work with project teams, general contractors, and stakeholders while delivering sophisticated schedule analysis.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-time professional construction scheduling experience supporting an Owner or General Contractor in a mission-critical environment.
• 4+ years as a Lead Scheduler on large-scale mission-critical projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 and strong CPM scheduling knowledge.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week in the Berwick, Pennsylvania area.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, status, analyze, and report on construction schedules.
• Review contractor baseline schedules and updates for accuracy and logic.
• Perform CPM, EVM, Time Impact Analysis, and schedule QA/QC.
• Analyze schedule impacts from changes, claims, delays, and change orders.
• Develop schedule recovery strategies and acceleration plans.
• Monitor contractor progress and identify schedule risks.
• Coordinate schedule requirements with construction, controls, and stakeholders.
• Review drawings to understand scope and schedule impacts.
• Lead schedule reviews and communicate performance and risks to leadership.
