Job summary

KALCON is seeking a CSA QAQC Manager to lead the quality program across Civil, Structural, and Architectural scopes on hyperscale data center projects in the United States. The role ensures compliance with contract documents, codes, and owner requirements through rigorous inspections, submittal reviews, and quality documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction experience.
• 7–10+ years QA/QC or construction management experience.
• Experience on hyperscale data center or large commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, concrete, reinforcing steel, building envelope, and finishes.
• Experience with inspection and testing programs and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA QA/QC program implementation and administration.
• Ensure civil, structural, and architectural work complies with documents and requirements.
• Establish and enforce quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Perform field inspections and quality audits for workmanship and materials.
• Coordinate inspections, review subcontractor QC programs, and manage ITPs.
• Oversee site civil, concrete, structural steel, roofing, and envelope QC activities.
• Review reports, tests, and certifications for compliance.
• Maintain quality logs and turnover records in project systems.
• Lead quality meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
