Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of QA/QC experience on large-scale commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems, inspection processes, and construction quality standards.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary inspections across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical scopes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the project Quality Management Plan (QMP).
• Lead site inspections and coordinate with contractors, consultants, and commissioning teams.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions to closure.
• Oversee quality documentation, turnover packages, and project handover.
