Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a QA/QC Manager to lead quality programs across large-scale data center construction projects. You will champion QA/QC across design, construction, commissioning, operations, contractors, and vendors to ensure safe, efficient delivery to the highest standards.

You will lead quality initiatives, mentor QA/QC personnel, and help establish best-in-class processes for mission-critical infrastructure, with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and collaboration across CSLA

Qualifications

5+ years leading QA/QC programs in data center or mission-critical construction.
Experience with Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery.

Responsibilities

Develop and track QA/QC metrics to measure project performance.
Identify root causes of quality concerns and drive corrective actions.
Support on-site QA/QC teams and establish processes, standards, and communication strategies.
Coordinate with design, construction, facility operations and general contractors to resolve quality issues.
Review submittals, conduct audits, and perform quality engineering reviews of design docs and vendor quality manuals.
