Job summary

KALCON is seeking a mid to senior level Project Manager to provide owner representation on the construction of a hyperscale data center campus in Eagle Mountain, Utah. You will manage multiple scopes during the base build across several buildings on campus.

Required are a bachelor’s degree in construction management or engineering, 7–10 years in design or construction, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or engineering or relevant trade/superintendent experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in design or construction of projects, with labs, semiconductor, data center, or critical facility focus.
• Proficient use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
• Strong written and oral communication with senior management, service providers, workers and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Review CM's monthly forecast and prepare summary notes.
• Hold weekly CPM schedule review meetings and coordinate planning.
• Attend CM/subcontractor meetings and manage OFCI equipment schedule.
• Coordinate vendor start up, commissioning, and IT/Geotech/inspectors schedules.
• Oversee customer fitout schedule and phase turnover alignment.
• Manage design coordination and integration for non-base-build work.
• Administer permit process and AHJ communications.
• Provide weekly project reporting and assist in closeout (financial, O&M, punchlist).
