Job summary

Daksta is seeking a Senior Project Manager stepping into a Project Executive role, or an established Project Executive willing to join a fast-growing data center General Contractor in the US. Based on a hyperscale campus in Texas, you will lead mission-critical data center projects from preconstruction through turnover, partnering with executive leadership while staying hands-on.

This role demands a GC background, proven delivery of hyperscale data centers, full lifecycle oversight, and strong

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Executive or Senior Project Manager.
• General Contractor background.
• Delivery of mission-critical or hyperscale data center projects.
• Full lifecycle experience from preconstruction through turnover/commissioning.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Hands-on on-site involvement through delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of large-scale data center construction projects.
• Manage projects from preconstruction through commissioning and client handover.
• Oversee project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and safety performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape strategy and execution plans.
• Mentor Senior Project Managers and build high-performing teams.
• Maintain a hands-on approach throughout the construction lifecycle.
