Job summary
Amicus Talent Solutions is partnering with a major industrial real estate owner to recruit a Senior Project Manager for Data Center construction in Chicago. The role will lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects and prepare to step into a Project Executive position.
The ideal candidate will have proven data center construction experience, recent GC experience, and the ability to manage multiple project teams and subcontractors while coordinating Procore and BIM/3D workflows on-site
Qualifications
- Proven Data Center construction experience (essential).
- Recent experience working for a General Contractor.
- Experience managing multiple project teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of Procore and BIM/3D coordination.
- Exposure to substations or major power infrastructure is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Availability to work on-site Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple large-scale Data Center projects as the Project Executive.
- Manage project teams and subcontractors to meet schedule and budget.
- Coordinate Procore and BIM/3D workflows across design and construction.
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment and risk management.
