LINX seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead hyperscale data center projects from planning to completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, contractors, and safety compliance, focusing on large-scale construction and data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years experience as a project manager on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Willingness to travel 75% to project sites nationwide.
• Experience with large-scale construction and data center infrastructure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning & coordination including kickoffs and site walkthroughs.
• Maintain regular client, subcontractor, and internal updates for alignment.
• Own multi-million dollar budgets including shifts, labor, materials, and equipment costs.
• Coordinate ordering of equipment and materials through procurement.
• Oversee manpower planning, staffing, and performance management of technicians.
• Track milestones, manage change orders, and maintain project documentation.
• Deliver final closeout, client training, and post-project reviews.
