First Point Group seeks a Head of Data Center Delivery to own end-to-end delivery of large, high-density data center projects across the United States. You will report to the founders and drive on-time, on-budget customer commitments from site handover through Ready for Service (RFS).
You will manage Site Development, EPC, MEP and Operations as a single program, leading budgets, schedules and contracting strategies in a highly commercial, hands-on leadership role.
Location: San Francisco, CA – relocation highly preferred
We are partnering with a well-funded, venture-backed AI infrastructure company that is developing next-generation, high-density data center facilities across the United States.
The company develops sites end-to-end, from securing land and power through construction, commissioning and delivery of AI-ready facilities.
Following significant growth in its development pipeline, the business is looking to appoint a Head of Data Center Delivery to take executive ownership of the delivery of large-scale, high-density data center projects.
Reporting directly to the founders, you will have overall accountability for delivering data center projects on time, on budget and against customer commitments.
You will take projects from secured site through construction and Ready for Service (RFS), coordinating Site Development, EPC, MEP and Operations as one integrated delivery program.
This is a highly commercial, hands-on leadership position. You will own project budgets and schedules, contracting strategy, contractor performance and customer delivery commitments.
This position is particularly suited to a senior delivery or construction leader currently working within a hyperscale data center developer, AI infrastructure company, major owner/operator or Tier-1 mission-critical EPC organization.
This is an opportunity to move away from managing one part of a large established organization and instead become one of the key executives responsible for building a new AI infrastructure platform from the ground up.
The successful individual will have significant influence over how projects are contracted, built and delivered as the company's development pipeline scales.
San Francisco is strongly preferred, with regular travel to development and construction sites across the United States.
