Job summary

SpaceXSI is seeking an Infrastructure professional to design, build, and activate data centers and AI compute facilities. You will contribute to the construction and infrastructure team by developing internal visual standards, dashboards, and processes that streamline operations across SpaceXSI sites.

The role emphasizes analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and driving efficiencies in a fast-paced environment while supporting maintenance and construction activities across the country.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent field.
• 2+ years of experience in operations/process improvement.
• Experience with Excel, SQL, or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal visual standards for dashboards and workflows.
• Support continuous improvement projects and standardization efforts.
• Define department-level metrics and dashboards to track health and drive decisions.
• Conduct analyses using SQL and data analytics to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create reports and tools to measure operations and drive efficiencies.
