Job summary

SpaceXAI is seeking an Operations Engineer to join its Construction & Site Efficiency team in Memphis. You will design, build, and activate dashboards and processes that elevate the efficiency of hyperscale data center operations.

The role emphasizes analytics, automation, and strong cross‑functional collaboration to drive measurable improvements. You will work with SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI to quantify health metrics, standardize workflows, and streamline maintenance and construction

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
2+ years of experience in operations or process improvement.
Proficiency with Excel, SQL or Python for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Develop internal visual standards for work boards, JIRA queuing and dashboards.
Support continuous improvement projects and standardization.
Analyze workflows, define metrics, and build department-level dashboards.
Create reports and tools for operational measurements and improvements.
Develop automation to mitigate risk and improve efficiency in data-center facilities.
Conduct operations audits and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
Coordinate with site teams to optimize procurement, maintenance, and construction tasks.
