Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Electrical OFCI Design Manager to lead the design management and coordination of owner-furnished, contractor-installed electrical equipment for a hyperscale data center campus.

You will enforce technical standards, oversee long-lead procurement specifications for switchgear, UPS systems, generators, PDUs, and busway, and ensure integration between owner-supplied equipment and contractor scopes.

• Experience delivering project management services for clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a project-management team to deliver across multiple accounts.
• Manage client communications and oversee PM services across sectors.
• Conduct market research and produce insights for the construction market.
• Develop proposals and responses to RFPs for new projects.
• Mentor and develop staff, plan for future staffing needs, and drive a one-business culture.
