Job summary

Align is a premier provider of technology infrastructure solutions, seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee large-scale data center cabling deployments across the U.S. You will plan, coordinate, document, report, and deliver projects on time and within budget, working with clients, field teams, vendors and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has experience with AI infrastructure, data center cabling, low-voltage, or IT infrastructure for large deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting data centers or similar IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, risks and client expectations.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer-facing skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and PM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center cabling and infrastructure projects from planning through closeout.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, risk logs and resource plans.
• Coordinate with clients, field teams, subcontractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and resolve schedule or deployment issues.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, submittals, status reports and closeout documentation.
• Track materials, equipment readiness, labor, project costs and change orders.
• Lead client and internal project meetings and provide clear status updates.
• Partner with Superintendents and Foremen to ensure field work meets project requirements.
• Support QA/QC, testing, commissioning, turnover and project closeout.
