Reboot Monkey in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Data Center Technician to support critical infrastructure at our on-site facilities. This full-time role requires 3+ years in data center operations and hands-on work with servers, networks, and structured cabling.

You will install and maintain equipment, monitor power and cooling, handle incidents, and collaborate with engineering and operations teams. A strong emphasis on documentation, safety, and on-call readiness is key to success in this

Qualifications

• 3+ years data center operations experience.
• Expert cabling skills including Cat6/6a and OM3/OS2 fiber.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in demanding environments.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.

Compensation & Benefits

$60,000-75,000/year (USD annual)

Work Schedule

• Full-time permanent position
• Standard business hours with on-call rotation
• Shift differentials for nights/weekends when applicable

Key Responsibilities
