Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Data Center Deployment Lead to oversee large-scale hyperscale deployment operations in New Albany, OH. You will lead a workforce of Data Center Technicians, coordinate with recruiting, logistics, and delivery teams, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time execution.

The role requires 5+ years in data center or mission-critical environments and 3+ years leading large technical teams, with strong program management and stakeholder skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting data center, telecommunications, infrastructure deployment, or mission-critical environments.
• 3+ years of experience leading large technical workforces or operational programs.
• Experience managing hardware deployment, network infrastructure, structured cabling, break/fix operations, or large-scale technical field services.
• Experience managing customer-facing service delivery operations.
• Strong operational planning, workforce coordination, and program management capabilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a large population of Data Center Technicians supporting deployment and operational activities.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and training to meet demand.
• Drive labor utilization and schedule attainment across deployment teams.
• Act as primary escalation point for deployment-related operational issues.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with SOPs, MOPs, CMOPs, and customer standards.
• Manage customer relationships and report deployment status.
