Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Construction Manager for a mission-critical data center project in Tucson, AZ. You will lead the project from design through turnover, coordinating GCs, design partners, vendors and internal stakeholders to deliver on schedule, budget and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in large-scale construction, strong MEP knowledge, owner or GC background, and is able to work onsite five days a week.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant construction/project management experience.
• Data center/mission-critical construction experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale projects (typically $100M+).
• Proven ability to manage schedule, budget, quality and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project from design and preconstruction through construction, commissioning and turnover.
• Coordinate GCs, subcontractors, design partners, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Take ownership of schedule, budget, quality, risk and field execution.
• Ensure design scope, drawings, RFIs, submittals are coordinated and accurate.
